We're holding a doggie-inspired virtual music festival that kicks off on August 31 with events throughout the month.

"The idea came to us as we realised next year is the 50th anniversary of the legendary Woodstock festival," says Support Dogs fundraising manager Danny Anderson. "We've previously run a few fundraising concerts and they have proved really successful so we wanted to repeat this on a grander scale.

"The idea of a festival at one venue over a weekend would be really difficult for a small charity like Support Dogs to manage so we have come up with this idea of 'virtual' festival where a large number of supporters can get involved and support us with a number of events over a whole month.

We have events lined up in Sheffield, Manchester and Leeds - we hope to see you there!
