Don't let cancelled races stop you taking part in a challenge. Set yourself a goal - we have lots of ideas for you for both indoor and outdoor (only whilst following Government advice)

  • Set yourself a steps challenge for each day to make sure you keep moving. Ask for donations when you hit milestones. Why not do this as a team or add a level of competition!
  • If you can still run outside, plan your own 10km, half marathon or even marathon or set yourself a challenge for your daily exercise outside.
  • Use your turbo trainer to take on a cycle challenge. If you have Zwift, take on an event and race the pro's 
  • How many skips, sit-ups, press up-s can you do in a minute, challenge your friends!
